GED Information in Spanish: En Español
If you wish to take the GED test at our center, you must fill out the main test application (Attachment A) and mail it to the address listed below. (We do not accept "walk-ins"). We offer the GED test in English and Spanish. Please specify whether you want to take the test in English or Spanish. There are a total of 25 items on the application. Please make sure you carefully read all the items. Do not forget to sign item 24.
Before mailing your application, verify in the "GED Test Dates" section that the test date you are requesting is still available. Once we receive your application, we will mail you a postcard confirming your appointment for the date you requested. If that test date is closed by the time we receive your application, it will be returned along with a blank application so you can choose from the remaining open test dates.
We receive hundreds of applications from individuals who want to take the GED test. Processing those applications takes staff time and effort. Since we have limited test seating, we often have to postpone the test dates for other applicants wishing to test. As a result, if you schedule the GED test with us and do not show up, you will not be allowed to reschedule for at least 6 months.
